Its not enough they regulate the ocean now the federal goverment want to manage every river lake a stream. So when they decide that a fish is endangered they can say no more fishing and its done. States will loose their rights to regulate the waters up to three miles out as they do now. Which works just fine.

You have to understand, when your goal is not to just take over America but the world it includes taking over the fishing industry. Then again, the new regulation proposals could just be geared towards
commercial fishers.
