I just don't get when the cops want someone its always knocking in their door and not just nabbing them off the street. We had a cop killed here last year kicking in some guys door who house had been broken into several night before. He got freaked out and shot through the door killing the cop. This kid was some small time pot pusher who had a day job but they wait until late night to go kicking in his door. Why not just wait for him to come out of work and get him when he goes to his car?

Maybe sometimes they almost have to grab them asap ? As far as Koresh , The FBI had gotten into the " cult " and knew his schedule , and could have grabbed him alone at anytime , twice a week .
