I also think with the way things went down things happened so quickly that calling JC really wasn't a high priority. And as SS already said, there seems to be mixed reports on whether he was contacted or not, so who knows, and frankly who cares.
I do think that things were handled badly last year with the Culter and Sanchez talk, but again, this is the NFL. It's a tough biz. Life ain't fair either.
