THe whole spiel is global warming is man made and that is a total crock. THe best theory out is about how warming trends with the earth's temperature correlates with sunspot activity. Global Warming is way overplayed and is a tool to kill the US economy. Europe and the new economic giants of China and India pollute way more than the US does. Cap and Trade will just hinder US industry while the fat cats of US industry will still make billions of $$$$$$$$$$$$$ selling off their surplus carbon credits to China, Russia, India so they can pollute!!!!
