Re: Redskins Roster By Position

Dockery, Rabach are average at best. Williams? I hope he can be a solid guy - just not sold on it. Rinehart? Hasn't shown much yet. Hicks is a solid 6th man, and possible starter. Williams might be a solid back up.

If we draft an OT, we pray he's not the next Ryan Clady and not the next Robert Gallery. Counting on any rookie to come in and shore up a need position is risky at best. Yes, early first round OT's are generally pretty solid bets - but the draft is a crapshoot.

A couple of average starters - (guys who most teams are looking to replace so they can be used as back-ups), a couple of question marks, and lots of bodies. Really, if we cut our entire line, how many would be out of football for good - pretty much all but Dockery, Rabach, Hicks and possibly a couple of the young guys on potential (E. Williams, Rinehart). Of these guys, how many would start on an OLine for a winning team? Maybe Dockery... maybe. All the rest would be back-ups at best - and maybe not even the primary back up but a back bencher.
