Haynesworth is a spoiled brat, regardless of how you slice it. He doesn't like to be yelled at. He doesn't like to be told what to do. He likes to do what HE wants to do. Regardless of the teams SCHEME. He is a one man wrecking crew but he has never been to a Superbowl because only TEAMS go to the Superbowl and there is no i in the word team.

Haynesworth clearly doesn't understand that and Mike Shanahan does, as evidenced by his 3 Superbowl rings.
