Oh, she can manipulate the "powers of authority" so it appears that the guy has no credibility. If the female going to get on guy no matter what and thus will not heed a verbal refusal, force is not an option for him unless he wants to suffer the consequences of the law and/or ostracization from his acquaintances.

The parasympathetic nervous system plays a large part in erections. One can say "yes" or "no" consciously, but that doesn't guarantee immunity from erection if the woman knows what parts or areas to stimulate and how to stimulate them. A google search of "women raping men" (w/o the quotes) pulls a media report in which rubbing lotion on a guy's umm thingy was a technique used and another report where a woman allegedly raped a guy by drugging him.
