The tax scale starts at 10,501 Euro at 15% and they just started paying property taxes a few years back. I believe that it starts for people who own more then 25,000 US dollars in property value.

You guys found alot for us to have in common with Europe and Canada when pointing out their helth care system but now we should not look at what is happening over there. By the way Canada is also having the same issues.
