When Snyder bought the Redskins he tried to run it like one of his businesses and it didn't work.......then he tried buying the big name free agents but that didn't work out either. he finally stepped back into the shadows this season and let Gibbs and company run the show.....he did step in when he needed to in the Coles situation and FLEX his OWNER'S muscles ...I like what he said I applaud him!!!! Good for you Snyder!!!! :headbange
