cause it's usually something cheap like Gildan, I imagine that they probably order whatever they can get cheapest at the time so the mfg will change

regular fit usually means cheaper t, but that's what you get for 9 with 1 of that going to the artist
if you look at the fit/shrink pic, the waist is too wide compared to the shoulder seams for my tastes
