She's had Rand Paul on twice. First time he announced his candidacy on her show, second time, well, we know what happened the second time. She's invited Liz Cheney, Karl Rove, Sarah Palin, and numerous other Republicans repeatedly. All have declined.
I've seen her interview one of the top RNC communications guys at least twice. Can't pull his name off the top of my head. Tim Phillips, President of Americans For Prosperity, a group that works with
Freedom Works (headed by Dick Armey) funding the Tea Party movement, has been on at least twice. Both times I saw the interview. They definitely didn't agree. So I think she's willing to have on whomever is willing to except the invite. I really don' think it's a matter of getting a bunch of liberals that agree with her point of view.
