I also agree with JTF about the second well. If you would have told me that a well could fail and it would take us months to cap that well I would have laughed at you.

I think Lowes was out of stock so they backordered it from the one in China. But Seriously, I believe I read that it had to be made, it's not an off the shelf tool obviously.
