I don't think it's the number one reason for him considering to come here, but yeah, I would say it's definitely a factor. Hooking up with Donovan again just a few hours from Philly, playing on the same team as his little brother, and quite frankly, being a part of an organization with a rich tradition and great fan base have to give the Skins the edge. Sure he'd get more playing time elsewhere, but so what. At this point in his career, he's not going to be the featured back anyway.
But you have to think that if the Skins do sign Westbrooks, and I think they will, this particular backfield will be together for only one year. I think Shanny is possibly bringing in some new faces and vets here and there with an eye on next year's draft.
