I think after the team interviewed Winslow it went down hill from there.....the guy was arrogant and his character didn't fit Gibbs mold.....and he showed his character by blasting the Redskins and told Gibbs he would show him when the Browns played the Redskins.......and he gets hurt and can't play..poetic justice..
