See thats what gets me about this whole thing and why we can point to both parties over the past 40 or more year not requiring the oil companies to have better equipment and plans for if we have a spill. To me that was really the only jod the goverment had in off shore drilling. Safty and making sure the oil companies had plans and equipment to deal with oil spills.
