^^ If he "doesn't show up" either figuratively or literallly, he is not going to get his 100M. There are provisions in the CBA that let the Skins recoup their money (I am assuming that the contract incorporates the terms of the CBA applicable at the time of signing even if it is now expired). But if he shows up and goes half assed, the CBA lets the Skins recoup their money. If he doesn't show, he forfeits substantial amounts of the contract.

Besides, do you want to set the precedent that the current Denver regime is following? Whine enough (a' la Cutler & Marshall) and we will send you away.

Nope, pay him to ride the pine and call it a bad business decision. If he doesn't give the requisite level of effort, fine him for everything and anything you can, call him out at meetings & in the press (avoiding slander of course), make his professional life as miserable as you legally can. All the while saying, smiling and telling him daily "hope you're enjoying your money. Now, go sit on the pine."
