Here Here...........I know the Redskins are not even close to the Patriots, but look at the Pats for your model.....how they did not introduce their "star" players but preferred to take the field as a TEAM......you don't necessarily need Super Stars to succeed.....I like it that Joe Gibbs is putting a team together with his "Redskin kinda guys"............
