Guys I don't think this is really a night club but more of a resturant that stays open late and has a bar. This is a new area to Va. Beach and is in a nice section of town and not some thug type bar. I could be off some but I was very surprised when I heard where this happened and this is more of a business/resturant/bar type area in Va Beach. They developed this area so Va beach would have a place they could call downtown and develope over the years.
