Your not using the buttons right
if you dont get the power level for the pitch right. It goes out of wack, and throw a wild pitch
Make sure to hold the pitch button you want untill the top (preferably not going into the red, as you lose accuracy by doing that) and then as it comes down, make sure to press again in the green.

If that doesnt help, or your already doing that, then your game may be f'ed up.
