Anybody else have any recommendations for "junk food" books?

I'm reading "In The Woods" by Tana French. It's okay: a great premise but the book itself isn't quite what I was expecting as far as being a hard boiled detective novel. I'll finish it up later this week and then make up my mind I guess.
