It's not a downer at all. It gets me excited. The players(minus DeAngelo) have come out against Al. The fans have come out against Al. And we finally have a coach with a set that is willing to hold his fat ass to the fire.

Al is a martyr to the lazy, and who the hell is going to cry over his lazy, spoiled ass getting a little shit in his face?

I think most of us fully support MS with this effort. Other than his normally scheduled pressers every day, how is this a distraction. Practice goes on. The team is getting better.
