Judging by comments from Matt Bowen and Jeff Fisher, these shuttle runs are pretty much standard across the league. I'm going to guess that more than half of the DTs in the league could do this without a problem, on the first try.

By the way, I've never been a fan of the term "football shape." It reminds me of Bobby Knight trying to understand "game face." That said, *anyone* in the league should be able to do this IMO. If you can't run 300 yards, then you can't play an entire game of football IMO.
