Re: Fred Davis' Day in Court Makes Him Late for Practice
They say he's had 7 moving violations in Loudoun and Fairfax since coming here in June of 08, he's been cited as recently as August 7th for reckless in Fairfax due to speed. Several tickets due to tinted windshields and non-inspected vehicles as well.
I've seen people do time for that type of record.
