It appears to me that with all the lawyers in power, including Obama who is a Constitutional lawyer (you must be kidding me), reading the Constitution appears to be considered a waste of time or at the very least they think the average american doesn't read or care about that wonderful piece of legislation.
Sadly I must add the governor's lawyers seem to be in the same boat, they can't read either.
Governor, get yourself a more competent group/firm!

The problem isn't their understanding of the Constitution but your profound misunderstanding of it and our judicial system. Like, ummm, federal courts assist, ummm, like, ummm, the Supreme Court. Capisce?
