Not for Hayneswroth, but for Rak definitely. Put it this way, Fletcher is barely 90. With the new stricter rating system the chances of Rak being rated that high at this point in time are slim. Guys like Manny Lawson and Kamerion Wimbley also get ratings over 90 when you switch them to DE.
