Kelly is what, 23? Galloway is 39! Granted he looked good against the jets, not sure how much can he be counted on as the year goes on. I think the smart choice would be to IR if feasible.

He's barely been able to get on the practice field for the past month, and he now has what's being called a "significant pull". What makes you think he's just going to magically heal up in a few weeks? At best he probably needs a few months to heal up. So
maybe he can begin to practice sometime near the halfway mark of the season. Even then he's no sure bet given his history. Hard to justify having him sitting on the bench taking up a valuable roster spot.
Give me Galloway who's ready and able to contribute, right now. I would probably cut Kelly. Enough is enough.
