I think the coaching staff and GM should work together....Snyder had too much imput in previous years......for example, DEION SANDERS to name one  former stars past their prime. I bet if Gibbs wasn't here Snyder would've signed Randy Moss....sounds like a Snyder move. I like the way Snyder is stepping back, and letting his football staff run the show.
