I feel like this goes more beyond that simple observation. For all we know maybe Albert has stopped giving a shit and has just decided not to play to his best until he gets the hell out of here.
Either way the longer this situation simmers the worse it will get. It's time to just get rid of him. There's nothing worse than a player who can be dominant losing all motivation to be dominant and not playing up to his capabilities, and I'm pretty sure if he plays half assed against the Cowboys his teammates will tell the coaches to pull his ass out of there before he starts costing the team points.
