Either way the longer this situation simmers the worse it will get. It's time to just get rid of him. There's nothing worse than a player who can be dominant losing all motivation to be dominant and not playing up to his capabilities, and I'm pretty sure if he plays half assed against the Cowboys his teammates will tell the coaches to pull his ass out of there before he starts costing the team points.

He played well against the Jets and against the Bills. Personally, I felt he played well when it mattered against the Cards. it's a matter of Shanahan letting it go and just let the guy play period.
We get it Shanahan, you won, don't need to be rubbing it in every f'ing time you talk about the guy. Ugh.
