Same thing happened to me, twice. First time it happened I took it to a sunglass place in the mall. They didn't have the piece but they said there is a lifetime warranty or something like that and gave me a new pair. FYI- they will only do this if the lenses are not scratched. With the replacement pair both pieces fell apart at the same time while I was looking down and was sweating and they fell off and of course hit the concrete and one of the lenses got scratched. Guess I will have to wait til they come off backorder. The very disgruntled customer service lady at Ray Ban said the store probably wouldn't have them and the ear pieces are a known defect, something about the chemicals on the face interacting with the rubber. You would think that for the price you pay for the glasses they would put spend an extra penny or two for better rubber.

OR...get that stuff that you dip tool handles into from the hardware store and do both sides.
