I think I'd draft a QB as a project (or sign one as an undrafted FA), I wouldn't use our precious little cap room on a 3rd veteran QB, even if he would be marginally better than Brunell.

Besides, the 3rd stringer never sees the field anyway. Bringing someone in who is young would give Gibbs a minute chance of molding him into the type of QB he likes. It's hard to teach an old dog new tricks, no sense in bringing in an older guy.
