Dude, you can't just erase over a decade of bad team management overnight. The switch to the 3-4 was dumb since the guys you have were all acquired for the 4-3. IF we ran the 4-3 still, we probably would not have had the AH debacle at all also. IF the ship is going to be righted, it is going to take time, with Dan chilling out and let his new crew work out the kinks and build a team. With the 3-4 switch you will have an average D for a couple seasons til the guys we have learn it on the job and we bring in 3-4 guys via FA and the draft. I do not expect a winner til 2012, til then just go with the flow, like we all have been doing since Joe left in 1993. IF you want to really blame someone, it still is Snyder. Firing guys every 2-3 years isn't going to get a team or system built over the long haul.
