I said it back when we picked up the coaching staff, call it rebuild and everyone would be sitting here with the mind set that the team is going to take 3-4 yrs to be great and make a run at the SB. I don't care that it was not the coaching staff's plan it would have left the fans not expecting much and if the team did well they would have been pleasently supprised.

Instead the team came out and said "Oh we are not going to rebuild .... thats a taboo word, we have talent on this team so we are going to make a run at the play offs/SB. and instead of lowered expectations the fans are already calling for coach's heads just after 3 games.
