The Charlotte Observer article is speculative. It doesn't say Steve Smith is on the trading block. It just suggests players with value worth trading since Carolina is clearly rebuilding. It also tosses DeAngelo Williams' name out there. Maybe, it would be better for the Skins to trade AH for DeAngelo Williams?
