I would take Wade as a DCoordinator in a heartbeat. While he is not a good head coach for the post season, he is a tremendous DC. But there is no way Wade comes here, and that is a shame. Dallas' D a couple years back was killing them until the DC was fired (i think by Jerry) and Wade took over.
