Re: Redskins-Packers, Best and Worst

Best: That anthony armstrong catch. reminded me of the a johnson catch in that when armstrong went up and got 2 hands on the ball, the defender actually had his arm/hand in between armstrong's hands holding ball and armstrong's chest making hard for armstrong to just bring the ball in, somehow armstrong managed to maintain control of the ball as he fell. just a super game changing play in a game were we didnt have many on offense.

Also hunter smith gets a big 2 thumbs up. those punts at the 10 really put GB back and imo made GB have to change the way they called plays when backed up. winning the field position battle, not punting it for a touch back, are big big plays in close hard fought games like these.

Good: while i thought the refs just refused to call any holding in this game, i liked how the refs let the players play aggressive. i dont mind refs calling a close game or letting them play, but they must be consistent for both teams and through out the game. yeah that was PI when the guy bumped cooley early but that was the way they were letting them play for both teams. i think the non PI call on jarmon at the very end was also a should have been penalty in alot of other games but in this one it was a consistent non-call.

Worst: lichensteiger, torrain to a degree on pass pro and mcnabb who had his first really ugly inaccurate game which we expected but he also stuck it out and made plays at the end to win the game, which we expected as well.
gano, im alil worried, he seems mentally fragile and inconsistent up to now but Ill take him over what we had in the past.
