Casserly also stockpiled three first round draft picks after the 1999 Division Championship season. After trading two of those to move up the board, the Skins drafted Arrington and Samuels at #2 and #3 overall, both very solid when you consider that Courtney Brown went #1 and Peter Warrick went #4.
