Gotta grade on a curve for who's been throwing him the ball, plus the annual ineptitude we've had for coaching... Give this guy a qb that fits with his skill set and I think you see the corresponding jump in production. He's definitely not prototypical, but I think he's a 1 in terms of effectiveness.
