I don't like it, although I don't know how deep you are at WR or RB. I think Mike Williams is the only reason to pull the trigger, and I wouldn't do it since McFadden is more consistent by nature of being the feature back.
I see the trade as the following:
A stinker(Ocho) for a stinker(Jackson) and a so-so guy(Garcon)
A monster(McFadden) for a pretty good WR(Williams)
You're probably better off dropping and replacing Ocho so that someone else succumbs to the temptation of starting him and get burned by it. I was a victim, although the dropper probably didn't plan on it.
