He takes more plays off than not. He has talent but is lazy on the field and doesn't use it most plays. He has a mouth without an off-button. Criminal record. The list goes on.
He's a VERY HIGH RISK, little chance of big reward guy. Could he win you games? Absolutely? Could he ruin your season? More than likely.
Tennessee is desperate, their only really productive WR is injured. Nate Washington can't carry the load himself. They're still in contention but in an extremely tough division with Indy, Houston and a Jags team that shows up for big games (only).
Sure we could use a WR and if he was picked up by the team, I'd be excited for his POTENTIAL and the attention he'd draw from our opponents' defenses, freeing up our better Moss for even more success. Fletcher would have to work hard to keep him in line and odds are, with Shanahan's no-nonsense approach, things would go south by the end of the year.

It would be very hard for anyone who has observed Moss closely over the years to disagree with your assertion. Talented but problematic.
