They made the right choice in sticking it out with Romo IMO, but they have not been able to get that magic combo of players together that they have enjoyed for so many years.

Thank you Captain Obvious. A team - - any team - - tends to be "successful" when they have a great Coach, a great QB, a great RB and a great WR.
I am trying to think of a team that was successful - - say they won a playoff game in a given season - - where the team had a stinking QB, a WR named Butterfingers, a running back that could not outrun a snail and Coach dumber than sack of stones. Can't come up with one of those...
