Yes, we weren't the only ones to miss on Akers, but Gano has shown me enough to believe that he has similar talent. He gives us a clear field position advantage on kickoffs, and he has made some very big kicks to keep us in games. Hell, some of these Gano haters probably blame him for Fred Davis sleeping on the edge when the Texans blocked a short attempt that might've iced that game.
