I dunno about others, but for me there are two main points in his favor:
1) he's young, so he can improve
2) his kickoffs have been great in terms of direction and distance. I know one or two have gone out of bounds, but he also has pinned KR's to one side of the field alot, and that is huge.
(and of course there is always the Yo Gano chant, but that doesn't really count)
