Complaintsboard.com: Hilarious or just plain sad??

While bored at work yesterday, i stumbled across this site. Instinctively, i typed in Jiffy lube, just to see people's average experiences across the US.

Some of these responses range between downright sad, and hilarious. My opinion on most of these complaints, is that the customer, totally helpless when it comes to car care, is to blame for much of it, for not asking the right questions, and or taking the vehicle to jiffy lube, when a trusted service center would have been the clear course of action.

The hilarious is one of the responses from an (alleged) jiffy lube employee, who tried explaining themselves, saying that at only 7.00 an hour, they werent trained well enough, and exhorted the customer to still use jiffy lube, because the majority of experiences were good. They also apologized for forcing the extra services on the customer, as he put it "They said they would fire me if i didnt do it"....
