Kelly is ready to go but per NFL rules couldn't play this year and Williams is on his way to a full recovery (supposedly).

If Kelly is ready to go, I wouldn't do anything to the receiving corps expect get Austin in the regular rotation and get Banks more involved. And re-sign Moss for another year. Kelly, Austin, Banks, Moss, and Armstrong isn't going to shock the world, but give me that for another year and focus on building other areas of the team first
I thought BMW's condition was career threatening. It's good to hear that he's been making a good recovery though, but I wouldn't want him playing football if it means suffering serious long term effects. If he can play though and everything seems normal than I'm all for it. And hopefully we'll be able to see what Kelly has next year. If he goes on IR again next year I think he's done here though.

As for blowing up this team, I mean I think the only guys who truly have safe spots have to be Orakpo, T. Williams, Landry. Everybody else can either be cut or traded. Now I'm not saying guys like Moss, Torain, C. Rogers, etc. can't be contributors to this team, but they aren't keep at all cost type guys. If we truly wanted to rebuild, we could go the "firesale" route and start stockpiling draft picks.
