You guys make Gardner out to be some horrible player. Yes, he drops balls. He has good speed for a man of his size, and he can make some big plays. He can get YAC, and is better than Moss, Patten, and McCants. If we can trade him, fine. I understand wanting to move on because seeing the spot where he was drafted makes him a bust. However, I bet he'd be at the top of the depth chart. There's a reason he's been a starter for this team for a while.
There looks to be a good chance that we won't get either Edwards or Williams, so that leaves our options at WR in the draft as very slim. Gibbs doesn't seem to like McCants. So we may have to keep Gardner.

Niether Coles NOR Gardner could break a tackle to save their life. At least Coles caught the ball. Gardner couldn't catch a cold. If we keep Gardner it will be the most idiotic move the Redskins have ever made. Cut him outright is what should happen if we don't get any offers for his worthlessness.
