I would consider changing even just the footwork that McNabb has used for almost 30 years to be a major overhaul.
Put differently: If McNabb were interested in changing his footwork, he likely would have done so in Philly.
It seems to me that trading for a 34-year-old QB is like getting married: you have to accept the flaws of the person rather than seeking to change the person.
