My mom teaches at a title 1 (low income) elementary school and I think the first year he was here (2008) he and a couple other Redskins went. I don’t know if I only heard about it because my mom works there or if because it was legit news and not all Redskins do stuff like it. It was great espicially for kids that often dont get/have much. Either way she said the kids loved it and I think she got me his autograph too.

Also I remember when he made a name for himself in a preseason game making a tackle after losing his helmet and cutting his face up real good. Great all around nice guy.
