Im only saying 2k calories because I think that’s the average recommended amount. Now if youre a disciple of Tony Horton and do the whole p90 series for a year plus straight like Matty (pics coming out soon?) then consuming more than 2k calories a day is probably much needed. But the average person only needs 2k calories, give or take.

My thought is America’s number 1 food health issue, by far, isn’t the quality of the food we consume, it’s the quantity of food we consume. A lot of fat people make a big deal about lower quality processed foods, while ignoring the much bigger issue.
