SBXVII, a stat wager would be pointless IMO because offensive stats are a product of so many other things(targets, QB, coach, offense, defense, etc.).

I think the whole point of this challenge is simply to compare speed. There is no mention of NFL speed. That comparison is really open to debate because of the factors I have mentioned and subjective qualities too. Pure speed can be quantified relatively easier.
